We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase!
That's why we're giving you 30 days to return any item purchased from our website for an exchange or refund, provided that the below conditions are met.
Follow these simple steps so that you can return your item(s):
- Use our contact form to tell us about the product you want to return
- Our customer service team will contact you with the returns address details
- Once contacted by our returns team, please send your item(s) to the address provided. The customer is liable to pay for return postage unless the item is deemed faulty
- Smart Phones Shop is not liable for any items you return to us that are lost or damaged in transit
- If the goods are not returned in their original condition we reserve the right to issue a refund or apply a 50% restocking fee
- Please also note that any shipping fees associated with your order will not be eligible for a refund.
