TERMS OF WARRANTY

All our accessories come with a return to base warranty starting from the date of purchase. Our warranty terms are 12 months for all mobile phone accessories.

Please arrange defective/faulty accessories to be sent back to our address, and we will arrange the replacement accessory in 48 hours after we receive and examine it. If you need the replacement accessory urgently, we can bill you for a replacement accessory and refund the previous payment once the faulty accessory has been returned in 14 days. Please note that we cannot refund postage costs, and any postage costs to return items back to us are paid by the customer. Please also note that all returns are dependant on stock availability and we reserve the right to offer a replacement or refund for the item.

Defective/faulty items are classified as items that have mechanically malfunctioned and not resulting from user error, which is classified as damage from the result of the user damaging or in some way altering the original state of the product.

If the returned accessory or product is found to be defective, then a replacement will be issued for the order. Under no circumstance will shipping fees be reimbursed, which includes the costs of returning items back to Smart Phones Shop.

When returning an item, be sure to use a reliable postage method that offers tracking numbers and ensure that the items are sufficiently packaged to protect against damage during shipping. We are not liable for damage or lost products in transit back to us.

DAMAGED/MISSING/INCORRECT ITEMS

If a product is received damaged, we must be notified within 2 business days of the receipt of the package in order to file a damage claim on the package. Smart Phones Shop cannot be held responsible for damage to an item that is not reported to us within 2 business days of the receipt of the goods. Damaged items must be reported to us prior to installation.

If any items are incorrect or missing from a shipment, Smart Phones Shop must be notified within 2 business days after you receive the goods. Proof of Purchase must be provided when requesting a service or making a warranty claim under the manufacturer or extended warranties.

If Smart Phones Shop is unable to replace the product, the customer will be provided with a store credit or may be refunded the price of the product at our discretion. This credit or refund will be for the purchase price of the product excluding the associated delivery costs. If a replacement, refund, or store credit is provided as per above, the faulty item will become the property of Smart Phones Shop.
