About Us

We started out 9 long years ago servicing the local community and quickly became the talk of the town, word spread about our award-winning customer service and our ability to simplify a very complicated industry. So we set out on our mission to make life easier for our customers, we figured out how to simplify all the technical jargon nobody really understands and provide an experience with our products and services.

Along the way, we expanded our retail footprint throughout NSW and QLD, with big dreams to one day expand Australia wide. We’re a hit with the locals for all the right reasons. The hipsters of Bondi love our sustainable accessories and the students at Macquarie University have all their study (of course) needs covered with our power banks and smart backpacks at our West Ryde kiosk. The grandparents of North Rocks have their babysitting needs covered with our baby monitors, while the locals at Leichhardt love our Vodafone plans and wireless headphones which make calling the old country a breeze. Even the characters and businessmen of Darlinghurst have made our store their go-to destination for the best range of phone accessories and fast phone repairs.

It doesn’t just end there, When the locals of the coastal towns of Tweed Heads and Mermaid Waters are looking for drones alongside selfie sticks for those beautiful views, we have their diverse needs taken care of. We also haven’t forgotten our roots, with our Revesby and Kogarah stores providing award-winning customer service alongside keeping it simple. We also found out that the most complicated place to buy anything tech-related is online. So we decided to venture out Australia wide and did what we do best, made it simple. We're proud to bring you our online store where you can pretty much get any accessory to keep your baby safe. We don't judge whether you're an iPhone fanatic or a Samsung Galaxy Jedi, either way, we've got you covered! (pun intended again). Oh wait, we forgot to add that part where some of us (or our kids) might eventually break or destroy our trusty iPhone or iPad. When that happens, we really do have you covered.

Even while we were busy bees setting everyone up with their cool new devices over the years, we managed to give birth to our child company Smart Phones Hospital which pretty much speaks for itself, but just in case you were wondering, you were right!  We fix broken smartphones! Once again keeping it simple, because we know how painful it can be finding a trustworthy phone repairer.

Hopefully, by now you get our humour and haven't judged us too much, we simply want to bring back good old customer service, whether it's online or in-store, our vision is to create an experience, not just a product or service, keep it simple and in the process build a brand worth talking about.
